Who we are

OnlineCommercialPrinting.com is the online ordering desk of Commercial Printing Services, a trade name of Tatman, Inc., 815 N Central Ave, Connersville, IN 47331 ("we", "us"). The website and its quote intake are built and operated for us by our marketing partner, FIH LLC.

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, email, phone (optional), company, delivery ZIP code and the details of the job you describe.
• How you found us: the page you sent the request from, the website that referred you (if any) and campaign tags in the link you arrived by, such as utm_source. These are kept in your browser tab until you submit, and sent only with your request.
• Security data: your IP address and a Cloudflare Turnstile check, used only to block automated spam and abuse of the form.
• Server logs: our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, page requested and browser type) to run and secure the site.

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical signals to tell people from bots; it does not set advertising cookies.

How we use it

To answer your request: to prepare a quote, ask about your job, and print and deliver your order if you place one. We do not add you to a marketing list from a quote request.

Who receives it

• Commercial Printing Services: it quotes and produces your job.
• FIH LLC: it operates this website and the admin system, and routes quote requests to the shop.
• Service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (the database that stores quote requests, hosted in the United States), Twilio SendGrid (delivering the quote email) and Cloudflare (DNS, email routing and spam protection).

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are stored in a database that only authorized staff of Commercial Printing Services and FIH can open, and are emailed to the shop's quote desk. We keep them for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations, and delete them on request where the law allows.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us not to contact you again, by emailing hello@onlinecommercialprinting.com or calling (765) 825-2164. We will respond within 45 days. If you are an Indiana resident, you may have additional rights under the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act; you can use the same contact to exercise them, and appeal a decision by replying to our response.

Children

This site is for businesses and organizations. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS and forms are protected against automated abuse. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive data through the quote form.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
