Quotes are not orders
Product descriptions, options and guides on this site are general information. Where a price is shown, it is the shop's published storefront price for the standard specification described, on the date shown, before shipping and tax; it can change, and other specifications are quoted. Submitting a quote request does not create an order or a contract. A quote becomes an order only when Commercial Printing Services confirms the price, specifications and schedule with you in writing and you approve it, including approval of a proof where one applies.
Orders
Orders are produced by Commercial Printing Services under its terms and conditions of sale, which cover proofs, file errors, overs and unders, claims, cancellations and payment. Ask for a copy with your quote; they are also published on the shop's storefront at cpsprints.com.
Your content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, text, logos and data you send us, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. We may decline any job at our discretion. Campaign, regulated-industry and safety content is your responsibility to make compliant.
Third-party rules
Guides on this site summarize rules set by others, such as the United States Postal Service. Those rules change. Check the official source before relying on a figure; we are not responsible for changes made by third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit requests in someone else's name.
