Coil binding
Coil binding threads a continuous plastic spiral through punched holes so a book opens flat and folds back on itself.
Good for manuals, workbooks and cookbooks used on a counter. Leave a wider inside margin for the holes. Wire-o is the metal double-loop alternative with a more formal look.
