Resolution

Resolution is the amount of image detail in a file, usually given in pixels or in pixels per inch at a printed size.

A web image of 800 pixels wide is sharp on screen and soft at full page width in print. Ask the photographer or source for the largest original file you can get.

Not sure what your job needs? Ask the people who print it.
