Variable data printing (VDP)
Variable data printing changes text or images from one piece to the next, such as names, addresses, numbers or codes, in a single run.
Used for personalized letters and postcards, numbered tickets, name badges and serialized labels. Send data as a clean spreadsheet with one column per field, and proof a few records, including the longest name.
