Preflight
Preflight is the check a print file goes through before production to catch problems like missing fonts, low-resolution images or missing bleed.
Good preflight catches RGB images, wrong page sizes, fonts that are not embedded, spot colors that should be process and transparency issues. Ask your printer to tell you what they found instead of fixing it silently, so the next file arrives clean.
